Turnaround varies by material — glass and ceramic are typically 2–3 weeks, brass is 4–5 weeks, and acrylic is 5–6 weeks from mockup approval. We recommend starting the process early to allow time for design revisions and production. Rush orders may be available for some materials.

No problem at all! Many of our customers start with just a photo of their building, a rough sketch, or even a verbal description. Our design team will work with whatever you have to create a beautiful mockup. You can also send us reference images or examples of ornaments you like.

Minimums vary by material. Most products have a minimum of 50–100 pieces. Some materials like acrylic start at 50 pieces, while glass starts at 100 (50 with a small-order fee). Contact us for specific minimums for the material you're interested in.

We create a detailed digital mockup of your exact design for free, so you can see exactly what your ornament will look like before ordering. For some materials, physical samples may be available upon request. The digital proof process has proven very accurate — what you see is what you get.
